Do you travel for makeup assignments?

Yes, I offer on-location makeup services for weddings, pre-wedding shoots, parties, and other events—both within Hyderabad and for Outstation or Destination bookings.

Local travel charges may apply based on distance and timing. For outstation events, travel and accommodation must be arranged or covered by the client. All details are discussed and confirmed at the time of booking to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

How do I book your services?

You can book through the Booking form, WhatsApp, or by calling directly. A Deposit/Advance is required to confirm the booking

How early should I book, & Do you take last-minute bookings?

Bridal bookings should ideally be done 2–6 months in advance to secure your date, especially during peak season.

Is there a booking advance required?

Yes, typically 30–50% of the total amount is required to confirm the date

Is the advance refundable?

Advance payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted if the date is rescheduled (subject to availability).

What happens if you are unavailable at the last minute?

In rare cases, I arrange a qualified replacement artist from my professional network or offer a full refund.

What modes of payment do you accept?

UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, Bank Transfer, and Cash.

Which makeup brands do you use?

I use high-end, skin-safe brands like MAC, Huda Beauty, Bobbi Brown, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, Makeup Forever, etc.

Do you offer makeup trials?

Yes, paid trial sessions are available upon request. The amount may be adjusted in the final booking if confirmed.

Do you do makeup for others (bridesmaids, family)?

Yes, I offer makeup and hairstyling services for family members and bridesmaids as add-ons.

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes, custom bridal packages are available based on your needs—number of events, family makeups, travel, etc.

How long does the makeup process take?

Bridal makeup usually takes 2–3 hours, including hairstyling and draping.

Can you handle multiple makeup sessions in a day?

Yes I can depending on type of makeovers, client needs & time

Do you stay for touch-ups during the event?

Touch-up services can be included as part of premium packages or requested at extra cost.

What should I do to prepare my skin before the session?

A good skincare routine helps. I’ll share custom skin prep tips 1–2 weeks before the big day.

I have sensitive skin. Will your products suit me?

Yes, I use products that are dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic. Please inform me in advance about any known allergies

Do you also provide hairstyling and draping services?

Yes, I offer complete bridal makeovers that include makeup, hairstyling, saree/dress draping, and accessories setting. These services can also be booked separately.

Do you do men's grooming or makeup?

No, I do not currently offer men's grooming or makeup as a standalone service. My expertise is dedicated exclusively to personalized makeup, hairstyling, and draping services for women, with a special focus on bridal and special occasion looks.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking. However, please note that booking fees or advance payments are non-refundable, as they are used to block the date exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel, I request that you inform me at least 7–10 days in advance, so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. In some cases, the amount may be adjustable towards a future booking (subject to availability and discretion).

For last-minute cancellations (especially within 72 hours of the event), no refunds or adjustments will be possible.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability and advance notice. Please inform me as early as possible to avoid last-minute issues.

Do you offer makeup services for kids or teenagers?

I offer light, age-appropriate makeup for teenage girls or flower girls during family functions or weddings, upon request.

What’s the pricing?

Pricing for my makeup services varies depending on the type of event, the location, and the specific services required. Whether it’s a local booking within Hyderabad or an Outstation or Destination wedding, the final quote is tailored based on travel, accommodation needs (if applicable), and the number of makeup sessions involved. I offer personalized packages for bridal makeup, party looks, pre-wedding shoots, and family/group bookings. Since every client and event is unique, I recommend getting in touch directly to discuss your requirements and receive a customized quote.

Hair accessories FAQs

Do you provide hair extensions for added volume or length?

Yes, we offer artificial hair padding and clip-in extensions for buns and braids. Natural human hair extensions can be provided at an additional cost or must be brought by the client.

Do I need to bring my own hair accessories like jadas, braid hangings (jadai alankaram), or flowers?

If you're going for a traditional look, please bring your braid accessories (jadai billalu or rakodi). We assist in setting them perfectly. Fresh or artificial flowers can be arranged on request or brought by you.

Do you provide hair jewelry like matha patti, nethi chutti, or side chains?

We don't rent or sell hair jewelry, but we’ll style and fix them beautifully for your look if you provide them.

Eye Accessories FAQs

Do you provide false eyelashes?

Yes! Bridal packages include premium false lashes. You can choose between natural, dramatic, or 3D mink lashes based on your comfort and desired look.

Can I wear lenses? Will you help me put them on?

Yes, you can wear colored or prescription lenses. If you're new to lenses, we’ll assist you gently during makeup. Please bring your own fresh lenses and solution.

Will the eye makeup stay smudge-proof during long events or tears?

Absolutely. We use waterproof, smudge-proof products perfect for long hours, emotional moments, or humid weather.

What if I have sensitive eyes or wear specs?

We use hypoallergenic, ophthalmologist-tested products. Inform us in advance if you have allergies or eye concerns so we can customize your look.

Do you offer nail extensions or bridal nail art?

Yes, we offer gel nails, acrylic extensions, French tips, and custom bridal nail art by appointment. This service is charged separately from the makeup package.

Do you apply nail polish during makeup if I don't want extensions?

Yes, we can do a quick polish application or touch-up using basic bridal shades if requested.

Can you match my nails with my outfit or jewellery?

Yes, we can customize your nail design or colour to match your saree, lehenga, or bridal theme.

Can you do groom makeup if we are booking a bridal package?

Yes! If you're booking a bridal package with me, I can add light makeup or basic grooming for the groom as an add-on service. However, I do not take separate bookings just for men's grooming or makeup.

Do your makeup packages include artificial nails, false eyelashes, or hair extensions?

No, our non-bridal makeup packages do not include artificial nails, false eyelashes, or hair extensions. These accessories are exclusively available in bridal packages if requested in advance. For party or occasional makeup, we focus on delivering flawless makeup, hairstyling, and draping services without add-ons like nails or extensions.

If you wish to include any of these extras, they can be arranged separately at an additional cost.

Can I get artificial nails or hair extensions with my Non-bridal makeup service?

Artificial nails and hair extensions are not included by default in our non-bridal makeup packages. However, if you'd like to include them as add-on services, we’re happy to arrange them with prior notice.
